TL;DR
Technical Partnership Manager (SaaS/Hospitality): Acting as a bridge between the Connectivity Team and integration partners to ensure operational excellence and successful go-lives with an accent on technical scoping, partner performance, and commercial alignment. Focus on resolving complex technical blockers, managing a wide ecosystem of integration accounts, and streamlining onboarding processes.
Location: 100% Remote (Global), with occasional travel for team meetings

What you will do
- Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering to define the Connectivity Team's roadmap.
- Manage the end-to-end go-live process for new integrations and maintain performance for existing ones.
- Act as the primary technical contact for approximately 100 standard integration accounts to resolve development blockers.
- Collaborate with partners to address technical issues and implement functional enhancements.
- Develop and maintain integration manuals and onboarding best practices.
- Monitor partner performance via the CPP framework and handle commercial negotiations for client contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the hospitality sector or within a SaaS company serving this industry.
- Solid understanding of SaaS connectivity and cloud software integration environments.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical hurdles.
- English: Minimum C1 level required for daily communication with international partners.
- Location: Must be able to work 100% remotely.
