What you will do

• Manage data intake and workflows using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Oversee process management and documentation via Confluence and Notion.
• Maintain registry systems using Airtable or equivalent spreadsheet-based systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process documentation using Miro.
• Implement and ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR, NIST, ISO 42001, and the EU AI Act.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in workflow tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and process management tools (Confluence, Notion).
• Experience with registry tools such as Airtable.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks: GDPR, NIST, ISO 42001, or the EU AI Act.
• Must be based in Portugal.
