What you will do

• Define and implement scalable, secure, AI-driven IT architectures aligned with business needs.
• Research and deploy AI/LLM-based automation for IT processes and knowledge management.
• Lead AI strategy sessions and chair quarterly IT innovation reviews.
• Architect cloud-native, automation-first systems focused on resilience and zero-touch management.
• Implement AI-powered service desk solutions, compliance monitoring, and proactive incident response.
• Collaborate with Security and Legal teams to align architecture with GDPR, NIST, and SOC 2 standards.

Requirements

• Experience in IT engineering, architecture, and cloud-native systems with a focus on AI and LLMs.
• Practical expertise building or integrating AI models and generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Knowledge of enterprise tools including Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Intune, Slack, and Cisco Meraki.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, architecture diagramming, and project planning.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, NIST, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience in game or software development where LLMs or automation were part of the tech stack.
