What you will do

• Lead the delivery of AI engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engineering standards.
• Design agentic architectures including tool orchestration, memory management, RAG, and multi-agent patterns.
• Implement production patterns such as prompt versioning, evaluation harnesses, and monitoring for quality and latency.
• Establish guardrails for tool policies, content filtering, PII redaction, and auditability.
• Build and operate the ML value chain, including data contracts, lineage, and inference pipelines.
• Mentor and coach engineers and tech leads on delivery habits and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership delivering data/ML products in production.
• Deep expertise in LLM/agentic patterns (RAG, embeddings, tool-calling).
• Strong software engineering foundations in microservices, API design, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, and Azure cloud.
• Solid knowledge of data engineering pipelines and SRE practices.
• Must be based in Brazil.
