What you will do

• Install, modify, and perform preventive maintenance on MOCVD and MBE systems following SOPs.
• Train and support customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction and high service levels.
• Prepare technical reports and ARs for site issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with regional teams and factory support in the US and Asia.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and working protocol policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, physics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with 8+ years in field service or semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (reading and writing).
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong computer literacy.
