IT Project Manager (Cloud & Security): Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains with an accent on full project lifecycle ownership. Focus on applying Waterfall and Agile approaches, coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security.

Location: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity
• Own full project lifecycle including scope, plan, budget, risks and stakeholders
• Deliver projects using Waterfall and Agile approaches depending on the project needs
• Apply structured Waterfall practices with clear phases, documentation and governance
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security

Requirements

• PMI certification (CAPM or preferred PMP)
• Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery
• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
• Experience in IT transformation / integration projects
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains
• Daily interaction with English language in international environment
