TL;DR

Project Manager IT (GCP): Leading the implementation of Google Cloud Platform solutions for a major player in the energy and fuels sector with an accent on cloud service integration and budget management. Focus on coordinating technical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR), and driving quality control of cloud infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (mostly remote, but must be able to visit Warsaw, Poland 1–2 days per month)

What you will do

  • Oversee and manage an IT implementation project within the Google Cloud Platform.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project budget and expenditures.
  • Coordinate IT teams and collaborate with vendors and business partners.
  • Ensure the implementation meets all technical, business, and security requirements.
  • Drive quality control of cloud solutions in cooperation with security and infrastructure units.
  • Organize project meetings, manage risks, and report progress.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with GCP design, deployment, and management.
  • Knowledge of cloud service integration, including APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Proven experience in IT project management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices and GDPR regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with MS DevOps, JIRA, Clarity, and MS Project.
  • Native level Polish and fluent English (B2+) for technical and business communication.

Nice to have

  • GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Project Manager).
  • Experience working in multi-cloud environments.
