What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new Information Systems initiatives and tools.
• Define project scopes through research and correct direction to align with business goals.
• Manage project lifecycles using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate between business operations teams, end-users, and technical experts.
• Report progress and issues to management and executive sponsors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management for internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of running both Agile and traditional Waterfall projects.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong ability to research unfamiliar subject matter and challenge assumptions.
• Ability to prioritize work based on stakeholder needs and company objectives.
