Manufacturing Engineer (Electromechanical)

What you will do

• Manage projects or parts of projects assigned by management.
• Provide technical support for process development and continuous improvement.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and conduct FMEA activities.
• Sign off on engineering drawings, detail assembly operations, and compile manufacturing instructions.
• Design concepts for tools and fixtures, develop assembly line layouts, and assist in packaging.
• Perform cost analysis, justify capital equipment, provide floor support, and assist offshore suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/engineering technology OR associate’s degree with 6 years equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing electromechanical devices or related fields.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints, knowledge of statistical monitoring, CAD for work instructions, proficiency in GD&T.
• Lean/5S background, experience in tooling design, troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
