What you will do

• Document business needs and conduct stakeholder analysis
• Elicit requirements and lead review sessions
• Act as interface between development/support teams and clients
• Assist in task analysis and prepare functional specs, use cases, interface guides
• Collaborate with test team for coverage and run user acceptance tests

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or fluent English proficiency
• 3+ years in Business or System Analysis
• Proven experience eliciting requirements and testing
• Basic software architecture principles and UML diagrams
• Experience describing system interfaces and conducting technical discussions
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in gambling/gaming industry
• Software development background
