What you will do

• Develop, implement, and monitor the country’s financial strategy and goals.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal control policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and auditing.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Berlin.
