What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic co-pilot for C-level and functional heads for brands including foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti.
• Lead the transition of the regional FP&A team from a country-partnering model to a high-impact matrix organization.
• Own the end-to-end orchestration of Monthly Rolling Forecasts and Annual Budgeting processes across Europe and APAC.
• Orchestrate the Finance Business Partner (FBP) framework for Logistics, Marketing, Service Ops, and Pricing.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of regional FP&A managers.
• Partner with Controlling and Finance Systems teams to drive process harmonization and optimize Anaplan usage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior Finance/FP&A roles, preferably in high-growth tech, marketplace, or FMCG environments.
• Essential experience managing multi-brand or multi-region portfolios.
• Analytical mastery in Excel, Tableau, and Anaplan with a strong ability for data storytelling.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate a matrix organization.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with OneStream and Anaplan is highly preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CIMA, or ACCA.
