What you will do

• Promote and implement the Group's global and regional tax strategy and policy within Germany.
• Monitor regional and local tax legislation developments and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in local tax health checks and audits initiated by tax authorities.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure tax-compliant structuring of operations.
• Monitor tax compliance status and review internal tax reporting and external filings.
• Assist in the implementation of global tax digitalization initiatives across local entities.

Requirements

• Degree in Tax Law, Accounting, or Finance (Master's or professional qualification like CPA/CTA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in local country tax practice, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of German corporate income tax law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
