What you will do

• Process client withdrawal transactions, review payment instructions, and monitor multi-currency balances.
• Investigate unallocated deposits and flag anomalies in payment queues.
• Perform daily reconciliations, verify settlements, and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Review bank transfers for compliance, escalate issues, and resolve client queries via CRM.
• Support corporate actions, post-trade operations, and manually booked trades.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in financial operations, back-office, payments, or FinTech (graduate/internship OK).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures under time pressure.
• Comfortable with multiple systems, spreadsheets, and data reconciliation.
• Clear communicator able to escalate issues professionally.
• Organised and self-starting with degree-level education or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Payment platforms, FCA/ASIC frameworks, client money rules.
• Zendesk/CRM, corporate actions, advanced Excel, SQL/MySQL, Bloomberg.
• Reconciliation processes experience.
