What you will do

  • Design and maintain portfolio reporting framework, produce executive-level reports on status, finances, risks, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Support governance forums with insights and recommendations, ensure predictable reporting cycles.
  • Lead delivery of projects and PMO initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive remediation for underperforming projects, mobilise new initiatives, capture lessons learned.
  • Enforce data quality standards, implement controls for schedule, financial, and resource data.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, milestones; analyse trends for risks and improvements; standardise reporting and automate processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in PMO, project management, or portfolio governance.
  • Experience delivering projects or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
  • Executive-level reporting in complex organisations, analytical skills with financial data.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, portfolio tools; risk management, stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

  • PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, PMI-PMP certification.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, regulated environments.
  • Portfolio management tools implementation.
