EV Product Manager

What you will do

• Articulate and refine product vision, goals, and KPIs in alignment with business strategy.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking, identifying digital trends and disruptors.
• Oversee product lifecycle from discovery and requirements to ideation, prioritization, and delivery.
• Influence cross-functional teams (business, tech, marketing) to design, launch, and optimize solutions.
• Analyze analytics and success metrics, translating user feedback into improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in digital product management or similar role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in fleet and EV industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver growth-critical products.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and commercial understanding.
