TL;DR

Hybrid role based in London with three days per week in the office; fully remote option available for candidates located elsewhere in Spain.

What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new publisher partners across Mobile App, Web, and CTV using your network
- Lead client calls, presentations, and negotiations with prospects
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on pitch materials and proposals
- Partner with Technical Account Management for seamless publisher onboarding
- Develop growth strategies for long-term, high-value partnerships
- Support publishers in optimizing inventory performance and forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in AdTech, preferably with publishers
- Established network of publisher contacts across EMEA
- Experience managing technical integrations, ideally SDK implementations
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate agreements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Expertise in identifying expansion opportunities
