What you will do
- Lead AI strategy engagements from discovery through roadmap delivery
- Conduct AI maturity assessments and use-case prioritization workshops
- Translate complex AI capabilities into executive-ready business cases
- Partner with engineering teams to scope feasibility and total cost of ownership
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise transformation
- Deep working knowledge of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, custom inference, RAG)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end
Nice to have
- MBA, MS, or PhD in a relevant field
- Prior consulting experience at a top-tier firm
- Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector)
