What you will do

• Translate electrical and plumbing schematics into configuration files to customize manufactured products.
• Support Manufacturing, Field Service, and Global Product groups in solving technical and customer service issues.
• Develop and improve templates to facilitate a semi-automated configuration file development process.
• Image, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs used within the product line.
• Perform software unit and system testing to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (or an advanced degree).
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Administrator-level proficiency with the Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience programming software applications and/or PLC devices.
• Experience operating industrial machinery and/or robotics.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry.
