What you will do

• Lead quality engineering efforts for Salesforce and SAP teams, including the design and maintenance of AI agents.
• Design, execute, and monitor automated tests using Playwright and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define requirements and create detailed test plans.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify, resolve, and verify software defects.
• Integrate QA processes throughout the SDLC and continuously improve testing methodologies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI agents, automation frameworks, and test results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, SDET, or Test Engineer with a focus on automation.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, Gherkin, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP development principles.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for global communication.
• Must be located in Brazil.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and CI/CD pipelines (Vercel).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of performance and security testing principles.
• Experience with SQL queries and DBT Models.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
