What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage using Cypress and Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks.
• Partner with engineering squads to define comprehensive test plans balancing manual and automated testing.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate test automation.
• Mentor the team and raise automation maturity through knowledge sharing and coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate test strategies, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automated test coverage.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership.
• Must be based in the United States.
