What you will do

• Perform mechanical assembly of production equipment including frames, subassemblies, and motion components.
• Install electrical wiring, cables, and sensors according to schematics and build documentation.
• Build plumbing and fluid delivery systems using stainless steel tubing and Swagelok fittings.
• Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues, communicating gaps to engineering and supervision.
• Document build processes and changes in production logs and assembly manuals.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to maintain build schedules and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in semiconductor, automation, or capital equipment environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred).
• Ability to bend, plumb, and integrate tubing connections based on plumbing schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools and light metalworking skills like drilling and tapping metal.
• Ability to navigate software programs such as Excel, Word, CAD, and SolidWorks.
• Ability to work 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) onsite in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Basic training in electronics and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with small gauge wire stripping, pin crimping, and terminating.
• Experience with control software on automated machines.
