What you will do

• Fabricate ultra-thin specimens using dual-beam FIB for TEM sample preparation.
• Perform TEM imaging and analysis to support product development and failure analysis.
• Conduct detailed technical procedures for sample preparation in a research and development environment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of technical findings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process integration and technology development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, US
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, Material Science, or a comparable technical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on laboratory or manufacturing experience.
• Technical certification in TEM sample preparation or imaging.
• Ability to work a night shift compressed work week schedule

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with FIB/SEM sample preparation.
• Experience with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) operation.
