What you will do

• Manage customer orders from initial technical enquiries through to delivery and account settlement.
• Coordinate with customers to request information, communicate problems, and notify them of key events.
• Produce high-standard design drawings and perform all necessary technical calculations.
• Prepare clear and accurate manufacturing drawings and schedules for order processing.
• Attend site meetings to acquire design and program information or resolve technical problems.
• Maintain project files and quality documentation to a high professional standard.

Requirements

• HNC or equivalent qualification in a building or construction related subject (Essential)
• Degree qualification in a building or construction related subject (Desirable)
• Previous experience in a construction-related design office environment (Desirable)
• Working knowledge of Ancon products and their use in the construction industry (Desirable)
• Experience working as an architectural or structural technician (Desirable)
