What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives from problem definition through prototype to production.
- Lead the design and implementation of systems for product-led growth, intelligent onboarding, and AI-powered features like Smart Tips and co-pilots.
- Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate on solutions based on real-time customer feedback.
- Mentor engineers and other Product Builders in modern, AI-native development practices to increase overall velocity.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence strategic direction and execute day-to-day delivery autonomously.
- Establish reusable patterns and frameworks that accelerate the work of other builders across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience as a senior engineer in a product-driven company (startup or scale-up experience preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives across multiple functions, systems, or product areas.
- Expertise in AI-native development tools, including Claude, Cursor, and emerging AI agents or orchestration tools.
- Ability to define product strategy and navigate ambiguity without top-down direction.
- Strong communication skills with a history of influencing strategic decision-making.
