What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives from problem definition through prototype to production.
• Lead the design and implementation of systems for product-led growth, intelligent onboarding, and AI-powered features like Smart Tips and co-pilots.
• Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate on solutions based on real-time customer feedback.
• Mentor engineers and other Product Builders in modern, AI-native development practices to increase overall velocity.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence strategic direction and execute day-to-day delivery autonomously.
• Establish reusable patterns and frameworks that accelerate the work of other builders across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience as a senior engineer in a product-driven company (startup or scale-up experience preferred).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives across multiple functions, systems, or product areas.
• Expertise in AI-native development tools, including Claude, Cursor, and emerging AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Ability to define product strategy and navigate ambiguity without top-down direction.
• Strong communication skills with a history of influencing strategic decision-making.
