Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + equity stock options

What you will do

• Own near-term supply and demand forecasts for launch markets by designing predictive models.
• Optimize marketplace configurations, including zip code mapping and cluster assignments, to maximize matching efficiency.
• Design and deploy targeted productivity promotions to close fill rate gaps and manage market spend.
• Monitor market health metrics such as net revenue and contribution margin to recommend remediation strategies.
• Lead end-to-end project workstreams by defining scope and ensuring cross-functional execution.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research and monitor territory performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytical or operations roles, ideally within marketplaces, logistics, or high-growth environments.
• Advanced power user of Excel/Google Sheets, capable of building complex models and dashboards.
• Experience independently pulling and structuring data using SQL or similar querying tools.
• Working knowledge of Tableau for report-building and dashboarding.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) into daily professional workflows.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
