Location: Hybrid; based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain (2-3 days a week in office)

Salary: €108,000 - €132,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Lead a team of analysts developing credit and pricing strategies for borrowing products and distribution channels.
• Execute an ambitious growth strategy for the Spanish market in collaboration with Borrowing squad leadership.
• Design and deliver new products and customer journeys with engineering, marketing, product, and risk teams.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of NPV models and affordability strategies for underwriting decisions.
• Provide monthly performance reporting and insights to stakeholders up to the executive level.
• Manage data infrastructure and dashboards to promote rapid, data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in unsecured lending specifically within the Spanish market.
• Deep understanding of lending economics and experience deploying credit models and underwriting strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience in the development and maintenance of NPV models.
• Strong understanding of the regulations applicable to lending in Spain.
• Track record of leading and developing analytical teams.

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Looker.
