What you will do

  • Lead Financial Health initiatives in the EU, ensuring compliant delivery of journeys for lending products.
  • Collaborate with UK teams to localize policies, strategies, and analytics for European markets.
  • Navigate the EU regulatory landscape to ensure practices align with risk appetites and regional laws.
  • Own Collections and Recoveries outcomes to balance portfolio performance with customer needs.
  • Partner with product and tech squads to shape in-app features for customers in financial difficulty.
  • Analyze customer behavior with data analysts to optimize financial health strategies.

Requirements

  • Direct experience leading collections and recoveries strategies for a regulated lender in Europe.
  • Strong understanding of the role of collections within a credit risk strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of European consumer credit regulations.
  • Must be based in Madrid or Barcelona (Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in European languages, particularly Spanish (preferred).
