What you will do

  • Lead strategic onboarding for enterprise customers to ensure early value realization and alignment on success metrics.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans focused on ROI and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the full renewal process, including forecasting, commercial negotiation, and execution.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive net revenue retention.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and strategic value discussions with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or TAM roles within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise customers and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals, retention, and account growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and onsite engagements.
