What you will do
- Lead small and medium clients through the onboarding process.
- Liaise with customers via video, email, phone, and live chat to educate and motivate them.
- Manage high volumes of interactions using tools and systems.
- Identify trends, gather insights, and share feedback to improve customer experience.
- Ensure training programs meet customer needs and facilitate ad-hoc sessions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and German
- Located in Spain
- 1-3 years hospitality technology experience, ideally with PMS, POS, or similar systems
- Customer support or onboarding background, managing multiple clients and SLAs
- Strong organizational skills to handle 30+ clients
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
- Higher education in Hotel Management, IT, Travel Business, or related
- Additional European languages (French, Italian)
- Experience with or other cloud PMS, project management certifications
