What you will do

• Support the CRM marketing team with daily operations and ongoing projects specifically for customers in Italy.
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns along the customer lifecycle, with a focus on email newsletters.
• Brief the creative department on advertising materials and coordinate punctual implementation.
• Execute reporting and analytics tasks to measure campaign performance.
• Conduct competitive analyses and monitor market trends.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Must be continuing studies for at least one more year.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, online marketing, and analytical tasks.
• Business fluent English and Italian language skills.
