What you will do

  • Identify, source, and screen top talent for experienced hire requisitions in Corporate Finance.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely progression and communication for all stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to analyze business needs, competitors, and market talent landscapes.
  • Develop and execute a direct sourcing strategy leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and manage offers in alignment with internal guidelines and regional practices.
  • Maintain data integrity within the ATS and share market insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience recruiting in Corporate Finance within a complex professional services organization.
  • Deep understanding of the UK Corporate Finance market, including M&A, Restructuring, and Transformation.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and talent communities.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting modules.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
