What you will do

• Plan, review, and revise functional configurations, customizations, automations, enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching, reporting, and user roles.
• Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
• Research and resolve issues, design new workflows, and provide thought leadership in best practices.
• Lead new releases, test updates, and roll out new features effectively.
• Act as liaison with third-party vendor support and provide ongoing system/technical support to users.
• Partner with FP&A for reporting, insights, data integrity, and streamlined financial analysis; drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• 3-5 years working with NetSuite, including customizing, business operations, systems development, integration, and hands-on support.
• Direct experience supporting and integrating NetSuite with business applications.
• Strong knowledge of application integration technologies and APIs.
• Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas.
• NetSuite Certifications; BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent; excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
