What you will do

• Design, develop, and test software for external-facing products across client, web, and server sides.
• Collaborate with team leads to create UI, architectural, and database controls for company software.
• Model behaviors, object hierarchies, and database structures to ensure system efficiency.
• Conduct unit testing, verification, and debugging, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Extend existing systems for new capabilities and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Act as a lead for development sprints for one or more software modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in Java, relational databases (SQL), and web technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of build tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, CodeBuild) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Authorized to work in the US; E-Verify will be used for validation.

Nice to have

• Experience leading development sprints in an Agile process.
• Proficiency with JavaFX.
