What you will do

• Manage end-to-end license compliance outreach and reviews, partnering with Japan Field Sales and cross-functional teams including Product, Managed Cloud Operations, Legal, and Finance
• Interpret complex license and maintenance agreements
• Analyze license purchase and deployment data to identify compliance cases
• Pass compliance opportunities to sales and support for commercial closures
• Participate in projects to document and improve processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing license compliance audits
• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese required for customer-facing discussions and business correspondence
• Strong understanding of software license agreements with proven ability to interpret complex licensing
• High level of independence and resilience
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with databases or record repositories, including SFDC
