TL;DR
Sales Excellence Analyst (Medtech): Support the Sales Excellence Analytics Lead by providing analytical insights to General Managers and commercial teams with an accent on bespoke analyses, sales performance drivers, and regular deliverables for country teams. Focus on designing QA processes, iterating outputs, developing business cases, and measuring impacts of sales initiatives.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite, full-time)

What you will do
- Work with General Managers and commercial managers to analyze sales performance drivers and improvement opportunities through bespoke analyses.
- Deliver regular analytics to country teams, including design, QA, iteration, and process improvements for timeliness and quality.
- Develop business cases, model scenarios for investments, and measure impacts of implemented propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and manage external vendors.
- Provide ad hoc support across time zones and handle occasional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or similar, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience, ideally 2 in consulting; 3 months in quantitative Sales Excellence areas (e.g., Segmentation & Targeting, Incentive Compensation).
- 2+ years in Life Sciences (Medical Device/Pharmaceuticals) with non-US markets exposure, strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, process design mindset, high attention to detail, commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and listening skills for global stakeholders; self-starter with integrity.
- English written/spoken required; proven strong Excel skills for complex files and QA.
Nice to have
- Other European languages.
- Financial acumen (basic P&L).
- PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM (Salesforce) experience.
