What you will do
- Lead the exploration and evaluation of new approaches to solve complex business problems.
- Partner with product and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions and communicate roadmaps.
- Develop investment cases and strategic frameworks for multi-million pound initiatives.
- Incubate and launch new business lines with full project management and P&L ownership until maturity.
- Align solution design with strategic KPIs, technical metrics, and business impact.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities in initiatives and communicate them to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (Bain, McKinsey, BCG), high-growth scale-up, or investment bank.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-led insights.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into logical workstreams without a playbook.
- Proven experience translating complex requirements into solutions with measurable business impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for high-level executive exposure.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.
