What you will do

• Lead the exploration and evaluation of new approaches to solve complex business problems.
• Partner with product and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions and communicate roadmaps.
• Develop investment cases and strategic frameworks for multi-million pound initiatives.
• Incubate and launch new business lines with full project management and P&L ownership until maturity.
• Align solution design with strategic KPIs, technical metrics, and business impact.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities in initiatives and communicate them to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (Bain, McKinsey, BCG), high-growth scale-up, or investment bank.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-led insights.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into logical workstreams without a playbook.
• Proven experience translating complex requirements into solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for high-level executive exposure.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.
