What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, including processing customer orders and subscription billing.
- Execute month-end tasks, reporting on debt, ECL, and credit risk under tight deadlines.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain contract invoicing for customers.
- Review and reconcile data integrations between operating platforms, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance processes.
- Handle internal and external escalated queries via the finance mailbox.
Requirements
- Proven B2B credit control experience managing key accounts.
- AAT Level 2 certification or higher.
- Strong accounting knowledge in sales ledger and bookkeeping.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.

- Experience working with NetSuite.
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs.
