What you will do

• Manage the general ledger for a portfolio of entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, as well as VAT, OSS, Intrastat, and CIT declarations.
• Act as the primary contact for annual audit support, delivering standardized documentation and reports.
• Operate as a NetSuite key user to support daily operations and the rollout to newly onboarded entities.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency within the CoreFinance SSC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance with a strong track record in the R2R process.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or international finance environment.
• Solid understanding of European GAAP and IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
