What you will do

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify strategic partners and forge profitable business alliances to facilitate market access.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma in Electronics (Degree in Electronic Engineering preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or project delivery within defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and delivery targets.
  • Experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), communications, or spectrum management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international customer meetings and events.
