What you will do

• Own and improve the product team's tooling stack, including Linear, GitHub, and Notion.
• Build lightweight automations and integrations to reduce operational overhead and sync cross-functional workflows.
• Identify and pilot AI tools to accelerate research, status reporting, and documentation synthesis.
• Translate strategic company goals into structured Linear projects with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate launch readiness processes across Legal, Sales, Support, and Marketing departments.
• Design and maintain self-serve dashboards to provide real-time visibility into execution versus goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations or technical program management at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on proficiency with Linear, GitHub, and Notion.
• Proven ability to build automations or integrations using no-code tools or scripting without engineering dependency.
• Strong data-analysis skills and the ability to define and track meaningful performance metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear documentation and status updates.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
