What you will do

• Own and scale the end-to-end cloud architecture, infrastructure, and platform engineering for the SaaS product portfolio.
• Lead and grow a global organization of over 140 engineers and managers across applications, platform, research, DevOps/SecOps, DevEx, and SRE.
• Define and execute a multi-year cloud and platform strategy on AWS aligned with business goals.
• Drive engineering excellence in CI/CD to ensure fast, safe, and reliable software delivery at scale.
• Champion the adoption of AI coding agents and GenAI developer tooling to enhance productivity and quality.
• Manage cloud infrastructure budgets and strategic vendor relationships using FinOps principles.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership managing managers and organizations of 140+ engineers.
• Deep expertise in building and operating large-scale SaaS platforms on AWS (compute, storage, networking, EKS, serverless).
• Proven track record of building and scaling CI/CD systems as a core engineering capability.
• Expertise in scalability, resilience, observability, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and GitOps.
• Experience managing significant cloud budgets and applying FinOps methodologies.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to treat internal platforms as products.

Nice to have

• Experience building and operating AI agents in production on AWS using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Strategic leadership in adopting AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
