What you will do

• Lead multiple global development teams, overseeing day-to-day performance and professional skill development.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality on-board and off-board software releases for various customers.
• Manage budgets for team capacity, hardware resources, and cloud consumption.
• Oversee the architecture and design process to ensure minimal variation between customers and low maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with business units to shape the vision of robust, scalable platforms and future products.
• Act as the final escalation point (Tier 4) for production issues, performing root cause analyses and suggesting workarounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience as a software development lead for global teams.
• 7+ years of proven hands-on experience in a software development role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
• Expertise in CI/CD processes and industry best practices.
• Must be based in Israel or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Hod-Hasharon.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML driven development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, C++, Go, or Rust.
• Experience managing teams located in Japan and China.
• Knowledge of ASPICE and automotive industry software development.
• Experience with development in a Cloud environment.
