What you will do

• Lead a group of infrastructure teams, including leaders and automation developers.
• Plan automation infrastructure for new and existing product features.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of automation tools from design and planning to implementation and support.
• Manage task assignment, work review, and employee performance appraisals.
• Build scalable, high-quality, and maintainable automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with peers to drive technology roadmaps and contribute to company culture.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in CS, CE, or EE.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Group Manager.
• Proven experience in the design and development of complex infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience in Linux is a must.
• Experience in design, coding, integration, and debugging capabilities.
