What you will do

• Lead and align all engineering functions within the PCB domain, including system engineering, algorithms, software, physics, electrical, mechanical, and controls.
• Drive the division's technology roadmap to ensure the development of industry best-in-class solutions.
• Oversee strong system-level architecture and integration across hardware, software, and algorithms.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with Program and Product Management to determine technical direction, feasibility, and roadmap execution.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary organization of 40+ engineers and develop engineering leaders and senior technical staff.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Engineering or exact Science (M.Sc, PhD, or MBA is an advantage).
• 10+ years of engineering experience in complex, technology-driven environments.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.
• Proven leadership experience in large organizations with a track record of executive-level communication.
• Solid system-level technical understanding across software, algorithms, and hardware.
• Must be based in Yavne, Israel.
