What you will do

• Lead the overall project implementation, planning, and execution of customer PLM deployments.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers, managing the full project lifecycle from quotation to delivery.
• Develop statements of work (SOW), professional services quotations, and budgetary estimates.
• Manage project budgets, timing, quality, and risk management using Agile methodologies.
• Supervise and mentor project teams located both onsite and offshore.
• Facilitate relationships with client executives to drive consensus and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent English and French language skills are mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise PLM deployments.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time, primarily regional.
• Proven experience in verticals such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of engineering change processes (CMII, CMPIC) and phase gate project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
