What you will do

• Lead automation workstreams, encompassing solution design, scope definition, and delivery management.
• Coordinate automation activities between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of manufacturing automation and IT systems according to project goals.
• Oversee process automation and data acquisition systems (ISA-95 Level 2/3).
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with GxP, GAMP, and SDLC standards.
• Facilitate workshops and actively resolve delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation and/or IT systems delivery.
• Strong background in PCS, PLC/SCADA, and Data Historians.
• Experience with ISA-95 Level 2/3 architectures.
• Understanding of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of regulated industries (GxP, GAMP, SDLC).
• Hybrid availability: Regular onsite presence in Boxmeer, Netherlands is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Siemens, Zenon, or Aveva/OSIsoft PI.
• Knowledge of Siemens PCS7 control systems.
