Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; onsite cleanroom work with no relocation eligibility.

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and standard instructions to complete equipment operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing issues under moderate supervision.
• Inspect incoming parts, verify availability, identify defects, and support process improvements.
• Test assemblies using fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Complete job documentation and perform programming, repairs, or software installations when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding cleanroom environment, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and operate heavy machinery such as forklifts; required personal protective equipment may include coveralls, respirators, gloves, and face shields.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree, technical education, certifications, or relevant training.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using established procedures or scientific methods.
• ASSEET or BSEET qualification.
