What you will do

• Manage and execute engineering projects of moderate to high complexity ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead technical studies and process improvement projects across various platforms, including manufacturing processes.
• Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert for Account and Program Managers regarding product requirements.
• Conduct process and packaging validations and develop detailed process equipment procedures.
• Optimize process output, throughput, and equipment utilization while reducing downtime and waste.
• Perform statistical analysis to track trends and resolve complicated engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of related engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to read and interpret engineering documents.
• Experience building prototypes and models.
• Strong business communication skills for creating reports and delivering technical presentations.
• Ability to travel to domestic or foreign company locations, laboratories, or production environments.
