What you will do

• Recommend adhesive solutions based on customer application requirements.
• Lead technical discussions to align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Provide hands-on support for product evaluation, sample testing, and production scale-up.
• Troubleshoot adhesive performance, bonding, dispensing, and curing challenges.
• Deliver technical presentations, customer trainings, and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pricing and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in applications engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
• Expertise in adhesives, polymers, or electronic materials and manufacturing processes.
• Authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Materials Science or Engineering.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing for automotive, industrial, or medical sectors.
• Knowledge of reliability testing, validation methods, and environmental standards.
